Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website located at https://reelsofjoy-aussie.com (the "Site"), marketed in this document as Reels Of Joy. By accessing or using the Site and any games or services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Legal Restrictions

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to register an Account or use the Services with real money.
• Australian Users: The Services are not authorised for use by persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from Australia. The Operator's activities targeting Australia are considered illegal under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), and the Site and associated mirror domains have been treated as ILLEGAL/BLOCKED by ACMA, including placement on the ACMA blocked sites register and ISP-level blocking. You acknowledge that:

Registration Process

1. Account creation: To become a Player, you must:

2. Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a verification link or entering a code sent to the email you provided. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions or closure of your Account.

User Obligations

• Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is true, complete and accurate. You must promptly update any details that change.
• Single account: You may only hold one Account with the Operator. Creating multiple or "duplicate" accounts may result in Account closure, cancellation of Bonuses and confiscation of funds.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other login credentials, and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must:

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

• Game rules: Each Game available on the Site is governed by its specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information as provided in the Game interface or help section. By placing a Bet, you accept the relevant Game rules.
• Random number generator (RNG): Outcomes of Games (excluding live dealer games) are determined by a software-based RNG integrated in the gaming platform. You acknowledge and accept that:

Placing Bets

• Bet history: Your recent transaction and Bet history may be accessible through your Account. The Operator's internal records are deemed conclusive in case of any discrepancy.

Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

• Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error, malfunction, or misconfiguration (including but not limited to an incorrect Game payout, display error, or platform bug), the Operator reserves the right to:
  • Void affected Bets and Games;
  • Reverse any winnings credited in error;
  • Restore the Player's balance to the state prior to the error.
• Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the Site during a Game:
  • The outcome may be completed by the system in your absence; or
  • The Game may be rolled back to its pre-bet state, depending on the Game provider's design.
  • The Operator's and Game provider's logs will determine the final outcome.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chat and Communications

• Respectful behaviour: When using any chat function, live dealer interaction, forum or other communication tool provided via the Site, you must:
  • Refrain from using offensive, abusive, racist, sexist, discriminatory or threatening language;
  • Not harass, defame or otherwise harm other Players, staff or third parties;
  • Not promote illegal activities, competing gambling sites, or share personal data of others.
• Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
  • Use bots, automated tools, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to play;
  • Exploit bugs, loopholes or technical glitches in the Games or Site;
  • Collude with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
  • Engage in chargeback abuse, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Enforcement: Breach of conduct rules may result in:
  • Immediate restriction or removal of chat privileges;

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

Bonus Activation and Wagering

• Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:

  • Enter a promo code; and/or
  • Make a qualifying deposit meeting minimum amount and payment method criteria.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses:

Prohibited Games and Actions

• Irregular play: Practices considered "irregular play" or "Bonus abuse" include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliberately using strategies that significantly reduce the risk of loss while clearing wagering requirements;

  • Depositing, receiving a Bonus, and then requesting a withdrawal of the deposit without reasonable betting activity.
• Consequences: If the Operator reasonably believes you have abused a Bonus or engaged in irregular play, it may:
  • Confiscate Bonus Funds and associated winnings;
  • Void affected Bets;
  • Remove you from future promotional eligibility;
  • Suspend or close your Account.

Combining Promotions

• Non-cumulative rule: Unless explicitly allowed, you may not claim more than one active Bonus at the same time. Existing Bonus Funds generally must be fully used, expired or forfeited before another Bonus can be activated.
• Free spins and other incentives: Free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards and similar benefits may be granted in addition to a primary Bonus but are still governed by their own conditions, wagering and expiry provisions.

  Available methods may vary by region and may be further limited for Users located in or accessing from Prohibited Jurisdictions, including Australia.
• Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may require evidence of ownership as part of KYC checks.
• Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, together with any applicable fees or charges, are displayed in the cashier or during the deposit process. Some payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside the Operator's control.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversing a payment without prior good-faith engagement with customer support is a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Operator may:
  • Immediately suspend or close your Account;
  • Void previous Bets and confiscate any Bonuses or winnings; and
  • Engage collection agencies or legal representatives in the Operator's jurisdiction to recover funds, where commercially viable.
• Bonus funds on closure: On Account closure, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements will ordinarily be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

• Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to:
  • Provide Games that operate in accordance with their stated rules and intended design;
  • Ensure that RNG-based Games produce randomised outcomes; and
  • Maintain reasonable technical, organisational and security measures to protect the integrity of the Services.
  However, no representation is made that independent certification or third-party testing is currently in place.
• Accuracy of results: The Operator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Bet outcomes, balances and transaction histories are correctly recorded in its systems. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail, subject to any demonstrable system error.

Exclusions of Liability

• Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience resulting from:
  • Hardware or software failures, system errors, bugs or malfunctions;
  • Network interruptions, slowdowns, ISP blocking (including ACMA-directed blocking of the Site or mirror domains) or denial-of-service attacks;

• Unlawful use: You access and use the Services entirely at your own risk. The Operator does not accept liability for:

Maximum Liability and Indemnity

• Cap on liability: To the extent not prohibited by mandatory law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the lesser of:
  • The amount of the disputed Bet or transaction; or
  • The actual amount of funds in your Account at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
• Your indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
  • Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law;
  • Your use of the Services, including unlawful or fraudulent activities;
  • Any chargeback or reversal of a payment initiated by you or on your behalf.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

• Site content: All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, code and the arrangement thereof, is owned by the Operator, its licensors or content providers, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
• Trademarks: The brand names, trade names, logos and other marks displayed on the Site, including "Reels Of Joy" and any stylised variants used in connection with reelsofjoy-aussie.com and Reels Of Joy references, are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors.
• Software: The software used to provide the Services, including any client, mobile or web-based applications, is licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive basis solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

• No unauthorised copying: You must not, without prior written consent from the Operator:
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit or publicly display any Site content or software;
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;

Privacy & Data Protection

• Consent to processing: By creating an Account or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • The Operator may collect and process your personal data, including identification information, contact details, transactional data and technical data relating to your device and usage of the Site;
  • Such processing is carried out for purposes including Account administration, provision of the Services, KYC and AML compliance (in the Operator's jurisdiction), risk management, customer support and marketing (where permitted).

Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

• Grounds: The Operator may, in its absolute discretion and with or without prior notice, suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account, and/or void Bets, in any of the following circumstances:
  • Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, including Bonus abuse or fraud;
  • Failure to pass KYC or AML checks, or provision of false or misleading information;
  • Chargeback, payment reversal or refusal of a transaction by your payment provider;
  • Evidence or reasonable suspicion that you are located in or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Australia;
  • Regulatory or legal requirements, or instructions from relevant authorities in the Operator's jurisdiction;
  • Any other reason the Operator deems necessary to protect its legitimate interests or those of other Players.
• Immediate effect: Suspension or closure may take effect immediately, including before completion of any pending investigation.

Consequences of Suspension or Termination

• During suspension: While your Account is suspended:
  • You may be prevented from accessing the Site, placing Bets, depositing or withdrawing funds;
  • Ongoing investigations may be conducted into your activity and identity.
• On closure: Upon permanent closure of your Account by the Operator:
  • Any outstanding Cash Balance, less any amounts reasonably owed to the Operator (e.g., chargebacks, fees, or losses arising from your breach), may be paid out to you where legally and technically feasible;
  • All Bonus Funds and associated winnings will ordinarily be forfeited;
  • Your access to the Services will cease and any further use will be unauthorised.

Notification

• Form of notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will inform you of the suspension or closure of your Account and the main reason for such action by:

  • On-screen message or notification upon attempted login.
• Limitations: The Operator may be unable to disclose full details of investigations or risk assessments, or may be legally or contractually restricted from doing so. In addition, regulatory blocking or ISP-level interference (including ACMA blocks) may prevent you from accessing such notices.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

• Offshore jurisdiction: These Terms, and any contractual relationship between you and the Operator arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or otherwise operates, which the Operator claims to be Curaçao, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
• Non-application of Australian law to Operator: You acknowledge that:
  • The Operator does not hold a licence issued by any Australian authority and does not submit to Australian courts or regulators;
  • While the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) applies to the Operator's activities as illegal offshore gambling targeting Australia, it does not provide you with practical enforcement rights against the Operator.

Dispute Resolution

• Internal complaints: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] with full details. The Operator may use internal systems (including, where applicable, RTG's "CDS" mechanism or similar) to review and respond to your complaint.
• No independent ADR guarantee: The Operator does not commit to any independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Any references to third-party systems (such as "CDS") are not independent ombudsman services and may be controlled or influenced by the Operator or its suppliers.
• Arbitration or courts: Subject to any mandatory local consumer rights in your jurisdiction (if enforceable against the Operator, which in practice is unlikely for Australian Players), any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to:

  • You are unlikely to have any realistic or cost-effective legal remedy or enforcement option against the Operator;
  • By continuing to use the Services, you accept these limitations and associated risks.
