Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website located at https://reelsofjoy-aussie.com (the "Site"), marketed in this document as Reels Of Joy. By accessing or using the Site and any games or services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. Account Registration
Eligibility and Legal Restrictions
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to register an Account or use the Services with real money.
- Australian Users: The Services are not authorised for use by persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from Australia. The Operator's activities targeting Australia are considered illegal under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), and the Site and associated mirror domains have been treated as ILLEGAL/BLOCKED by ACMA, including placement on the ACMA blocked sites register and ISP-level blocking. Registration Process

User Obligations

- Single account: You may only hold one Account with the Operator. Creating multiple or "duplicate" accounts may result in Account closure, cancellation of Bonuses and confiscation of funds.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other login credentials, and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must:

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules of Play
- Game rules: Each Game available on the Site is governed by its specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information as provided in the Game interface or help section. By placing a Bet, you accept the relevant Game rules.
- Random number generator (RNG): Outcomes of Games (excluding live dealer games) are determined by a software-based RNG integrated in the gaming platform. You acknowledge and accept that:

Placing Bets

Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error, malfunction, or misconfiguration (including but not limited to an incorrect Game payout, display error, or platform bug), the Operator reserves the right to:
- Void affected Bets and Games;
- Reverse any winnings credited in error;
- Restore the Player's balance to the state prior to the error.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the Site during a Game:

- Not harass, defame or otherwise harm other Players, staff or third parties;
- Not promote illegal activities, competing gambling sites, or share personal data of others.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- Use bots, automated tools, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to play;
- Exploit bugs, loopholes or technical glitches in the Games or Site;

- Engage in chargeback abuse, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
- Enforcement: Breach of conduct rules may result in:

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions

Bonus Activation and Wagering

- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses:

Prohibited Games and Actions

- Irregular play: Practices considered "irregular play" or "Bonus abuse" include, but are not limited to:

- Consequences: If the Operator reasonably believes you have abused a Bonus or engaged in irregular play, it may:
- Confiscate Bonus Funds and associated winnings;
- Void affected Bets;
- Remove you from future promotional eligibility;
- Suspend or close your Account.
Combining Promotions
- Non-cumulative rule: Unless explicitly allowed, you may not claim more than one active Bonus at the same time. Existing Bonus Funds generally must be fully used, expired or forfeited before another Bonus can be activated.

Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to:

- Ensure that RNG-based Games produce randomised outcomes; and
- Maintain reasonable technical, organisational and security measures to protect the integrity of the Services.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Bet outcomes, balances and transaction histories are correctly recorded in its systems. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail, subject to any demonstrable system error.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience resulting from:
- Hardware or software failures, system errors, bugs or malfunctions;

Maximum Liability and Indemnity

- The amount of the disputed Bet or transaction; or

- Your indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law;
- Your use of the Services, including unlawful or fraudulent activities;

Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership

- Software: The software used to provide the Services, including any client, mobile or web-based applications, is licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive basis solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
- No unauthorised copying: You must not, without prior written consent from the Operator:

- Failure to pass KYC or AML checks, or provision of false or misleading information;

- Immediate effect: Suspension or closure may take effect immediately, including before completion of any pending investigation.
Consequences of Suspension or Termination
- During suspension: While your Account is suspended:
- You may be prevented from accessing the Site, placing Bets, depositing or withdrawing funds;
- Ongoing investigations may be conducted into your activity and identity.
- On closure: Upon permanent closure of your Account by the Operator:
- Any outstanding Cash Balance, less any amounts reasonably owed to the Operator (e.g., chargebacks, fees, or losses arising from your breach), may be paid out to you where legally and technically feasible;
- All Bonus Funds and associated winnings will ordinarily be forfeited;

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
